ABOUT GIR COW

Gir cow is native to India. Gir cow hail from the Saurashtra region of Gujarat State. Gir is considered to be the most gentle of the Zebu breeds. Gir cow is famous for its high yielding milk characteristic. The milk from the Gir cow is considered to be of premium quality due to the presence of A-2 beta-casein protein substance. It is resistant to hot temperatures and tropical diseases. These cows contribute significantly to the total milk production of Gujarat State.

WHY GIR COW A2 MILK?

Pure, delicious milk from desi Gir cows that produce only A2 protein milk. The difference is subtle but essential. Regular milk mostly contains A1 protein which may cause uneasiness and according to some studies, can increase the risk to many diseases.
